Can I bring my child with me to Infosecurity North America?

Unfortunately, we do not allow any children in the exhibition halls under the age of 18.

How do I navigate my way around the exhibition?

The Infosecurity North America app has an interactive floorplan to help you navigate the show with ease - download the app from the app store now.
We will also have floorplans available around the venue to assist you.

What is your service, safety and security policy?

The safety and security of our staff and attendees is our priority. We work closely with the venue, local and national authorities to identify risks, assess them and develop security plans for our events.

Will there be Wi-Fi inside the exhibition halls?

The exhibition hall is Wi-Fi enabled but due to the high volume of people the connection is not always reliable.

Registration/ pricing

Are the Security Workshops free to attend?

Yes, the Security Workshops are free to attend, however you will need to book your space in these before the event to ensure your place. The workshops are very popular so we would advise that you book as far in advance as possible.

Does it cost for me to register as a visitor at the show?

There is no cost if you register for Infosecurity North America on the website before the show. If you register on site at the event there will be a $35 charge.

Is the conference free to attend?

The Keynote Stage is paid for content so you will need to book and pay for any sessions you would like to attend in the Keynote Theater before you arrive at the event. This can be done on the Infosecurity North America website and costs just $49 for three sessions. Infosecurity Magazine visitors can get a 50% discount using code: IM1217 at checkout.

The Information Security Exchange Showcase and the Tech Showcase are both free to attend and take place in live theaters on the show floor. We advise that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the session is due to begin, to ensure that you get a seat in the theaters.
 

Will I be able to print off my visitor badge at the venue?

We have PC screen terminals for you to print off your badge at the venue. You will need to enter in your details and our system will be able to recognize these details if you pre-registered with us.

Getting There

How do I get to the Hynes Convention Centre?

The Hynes Convention Center is conveniently located just minutes away from Boston’s major highways and is easily accessible from Boston’s Logan Airport and many public transit routes. Whether it’s by car, train, or bus, getting to and from the Hynes couldn’t be easier!

CPD Credits

Are any of the education sessions CPD accredited?

Infosecurity North America is working with both (ISC)2 and EC-Council to enable you to earn credits towards your professional qualifications. 

You are able to earn 1 credit for a 50-60 minute session, ½ credit for a 25-50 minute session, 2 credits for a two hour session and so on.

Your participation in the conference program is recorded when you are scanned as you enter each session. 

Your credits will be automatically applied approximately 4-5 weeks after the event, provided that you have entered your membership numbers correctly during the registration process (please double check this when registering to avoid losing your points).

Once we have verified all our data, we then submit it to the relevant organizations, who will in turn add it to their systems.

Please note that we are not able to provide certificates of attendance if you are earning credits through other bodies.
