This course is about the new Data Protection Regulation & Data Protection after Brexit and the export of data to the US. It comprises two half-day briefings by Dai Davis, a specialist Technology Lawyer:
(1) The morning session addresses recent the enactment of the new European Union General Data Protection Regulation and the new rights and obligations introduced.
