ISSA to host 'trends in information security' event in Leeds

According to Tim Holman, UK president of the ISSA, the event – which starts at 5:00pm in central Leeds – will look at the potential issues that IT security professionals need to consider as a part of the corporate security strategy.

Hosted by PricewaterhouseCoopers, plans call for the event to kicked off by a speaker from PwC with a topic of 'security implications of merging business and private use of IT', followed by a presentation on the consumerization of IT from David Horn, a security consultant with Sapphire.

The event will round off with a presentation on regulatory, legal and legislative issues with Stewart James of DLA Piper.
