For more than 20 years, Eckhard Herych has been working in several functions in the health care sector and pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on project management, risk compliance, computerized systems validation, records information management (RIM), and data privacy. He is on the faculty of the Compliance, Governance and Oversight Council (CGOC), a community of experts in retention, preservation and privacy. Prior to joining Halfmann Goetsch Partner AG, he held multiple information management-related positions during his 15 years at Novartis. Before Novartis, he worked as a researcher and scientific coordinator at the Center for Ethics and Law in Medicine, University Freiburg, Germany, and was a part time member of the faculty at Loyola University of Chicago.
