Tom has 20 years of software product management experience, including over 10 years at IBM guiding and developing products. Tom has spent his career building customer focused software that solves complex business problems and simplifies the management of the enterprise. Tom leads the development of API Tech’s Netgard Privileged Gateway launched in 2020 offering a remote privileged access user management tool designed for MSP’s and their enterprise customers.
