The introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from May 2018 will see the adoption of a harmonized regime with a common set of rules on how organizations collect, store and use the personal data of EU residents. This will include personal data stored in email systems. Whilst this data is useful for organizations, failure to comply with EU GDPR regulation regarding email data carries heavy penalties including fines of up to €20 Million or 4% of global turnover.

In this webinar, we will look at the areas that you need to know about and adhere with to achieve GDPR compliance, including email encryption, data at rest security and the ability to search for data in an archive to comply with subject access requests.

Join this webinar to learn:

  • Best advice to protect users’ personal data
  • How to reduce the burden of subject access requests
  • Detecting and reporting breaches of personal data
  • How to ensure GDPR compliance with encryption on ‘in motion’ and ‘at rest’ data
