RSA: The Light at the End of the Tunnel

Written by

I’m a great sufferer of the January blues and associate them with many negative connotations. However, the one bit of sunshine at the end of the tunnel every January is the imminent RSA Conference in San Francisco.

It doesn’t take a genius to work out why the promise of a week in my favourite American city is a carrot for getting through January.

The incredible shopping, the sourdough, the sea lions, and the buzz of San Francisco aren’t the only reasons I look forward to this annual event though. This will be my seventh year as an RSA delegate (well press pass attendee, does that count as a delegate?) and the conference has yet to disappoint.

This year, Infosecurity Magazine will be making more of a splash than ever before with more exposure and more content. We’ll be on STAND 223 and look forward to meeting our readers and clients during the show. We’re so excited about catching up that we’re organizing a daily drinks reception on our stand where you’ll have the chance to meet myself and the rest of the team.

Like every other stand holder, we’ll also have a prize draw give-away! But ours will certainly be worth a visit!

Also, register to attend RSA 2013 now and receive a complimentary Expo Pass on us,  simply use code FXE13NSECMAG

As the weeks go on, I’ll be using this blog space to voice my predictions on what I expect to see and hear at the conference. There’s going to be no prizes for anyone ‘predicting’ BYOD, cloud, APTs, consumerisation…That’s just a given. I’m hoping to offer some inspired predictions and previews and RSA 2013 draws closer.

I hope to see you in San Francisco in February.

What’s hot on Infosecurity Magazine?
