Fayeron Morrison, CPA, CFE, is Founder and President of Elemental AI, a strategic advisory firm that helps private company boards and C-suite executives govern AI with the rigor they apply to financial controls and enterprise risk. She created the Elemental AI Governance Navigator, a maturity diagnostic built to surface what leadership often cannot see: unsanctioned tools, personal accounts, and AI embedded in vendor products.
She brings a fraud examiner's lens to shadow AI: opportunity, concealment, and the evidence left behind. She co-chairs the Private Directors Association AI Governance Special Interest Group and contributed to the PDA National AI Task Force's AI Oversight Governance: The Private Director's Body of Knowledge (2026).
