Jon is the founder of Heretek, a CREST-accredited offensive security consultancy working with UK defense, government and critical national infrastructure clients. A Chartered cyber security professional with 15 years of hands-on offensive security experience, he specializes in pentesting, red & purple teaming and the security of AI-enabled systems.

Jon has spoken at Infosecurity Europe on AI application security and is the creator of Herebus, a purple team collaboration platform helping organizations validate their defenses against real-world attack techniques, including those driven by autonomous AI agents. His work sits at the intersection of traditional adversary simulation and the emerging risks posed by agentic AI, giving him a practitioner's view of what happens when the "visitors" at the front door are no longer human.
