Nedas Kazlauskas leads third-party risk management product work at Copla, a GRC and compliance automation platform. He works with risk, security and procurement teams on how they assess, monitor and exit their vendors, from the first due diligence questionnaire to contracts that have run for a decade. His focus is turning scattered vendor data into decisions: spotting concentration on shared cloud providers and subcontractors, reusing questionnaire answers when new vulnerabilities appear, and keeping vendor registers current enough to satisfy regulators such as DORA and PS26/2. Before joining Copla in 2026, he spent more than a decade building digital products, mainly in telecoms, with time in banking and, most recently, consumer cybersecurity.
