Paul Holland is a cyber security executive, strategic advisor and recognised thought leader with more than 25 years of experience across financial services, logistics, retail, government and professional services. He currently helps shape enterprise cyber strategy at Royal Mail Group, where he focuses on aligning cyber investment, operational resilience and risk management with business objectives.
Prior to joining Royal Mail, Paul served as Head of Information Security Research at the Information Security Forum (ISF), one of the world's leading cyber security organisations. During his time there, he advised CISOs and executive teams from global organisations, led international research programmes and delivered keynote presentations, workshops and panels across multiple countries. His work covered topics including operational resilience, secure by design, artificial intelligence, cloud security, Zero Trust, supply chain security and operational technology (OT) security.
Paul is also a contributor to wider industry initiatives, having helped shape UK Government Secure by Design guidance through the Cabinet Office, served on the CS4CA steering committee and acted as a judge for the TEISS Awards. He is a regular conference speaker and moderator known for translating complex cyber security challenges into practical, business-focused insights that resonate with executives, boards and technical audiences alike.
