Hanah is the Chief AI Officer and a co-founder at Geordie, where she helps enterprises adopt agentic AI in a secure, governed, and explainable way. She partners with Security, IT, and Risk leaders who need clarity and control over increasingly autonomous systems without slowing innovation.

With over a decade of experience spanning threat intelligence, geopolitical analysis, and applied psychology, Hanah brings a uniquely human-centred perspective to AI governance. Her background in international politics and psychology shapes how she designs systems that anticipate technological and behavioural risks, ensuring alignment between AI actions and human intent.

Before co-founding Geordie, Hanah spent several years in intelligence and cybersecurity, holding leadership and analytical roles at Darktrace and within government defence and intelligence operations. She led global teams focused on threat research, behavioural analytics, and understanding emerging cyber threats.

Her work has been cited by major cybersecurity publications, and she has spoken at leading industry events including London Tech Week, European Women in Tech, ManuSec Europe, and the Economist’s Space Economy Summit. Across her career, Hanah has focused on helping organisations navigate complex threat landscapes and operationalise emerging technologies while balancing innovation with oversight from day one.
