Marcin is an expert in cybersecurity awareness and employee education, with extensive experience in designing and implementing global training programs. For five years, he has been responsible for developing employees' cybersecurity capabilities at a global level, creating scalable educational initiatives that foster a strong security culture across the organization.

Previously, he spent four years at Poland's largest bank, where he led the development and implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity education program for both employees and customers.

He also has experience as a journalist and communications expert, successfully raising awareness and promoting cybersecurity topics through effective communication.
