Currently Principal Product Manager at MetaCompliance, Melissa brings a rare combination of deep technical understanding and strategic product vision. Her career spans the full product lifecycle, from hands-on consultancy and implementation through to leading product teams at scale, giving her a grounded, customer-centric perspective that informs everything she builds.

Before joining MetaCompliance, Melissa held senior product roles at BigChange and Tribal Group, where she spent over 12 years progressing from consultant to Product Lead. That breadth of experience has shaped her into a practitioner who understands not just what to build, but why it matters to the people using it.
