Pavlina Pavlova is a policy expert in international cybersecurity and transnational cybercrime. She has worked across civil society and national, regional and international institutions, including the UN, OSCE and EU.

She has led stakeholder engagement in UN negotiations on responsible state behaviour in cyberspace and the Convention against Cybercrime and founded Critical Cyber, a public-interest initiative working with victims of cyberattacks to translate evidence for accountable policy.
