Travis DeForge is the Director of Cybersecurity at Abacus, where he leads a world-class cybersecurity team providing high-quality penetration testing, malicious adversary simulation, threat intelligence, cybersecurity strategy services and a 24/7 security operations centre.

Before transitioning to the private sector, Travis served as an Active Duty Military Intelligence Officer in the US Army, specialising in signals intelligence, open-source intelligence, and electronic warfare. His experience in supporting large-scale intelligence operations across Europe has equipped him with the ability to think like an adversary, a skill he now uses to help businesses anticipate and counteract cyber threats.
