Passwork was originally backed by a Finnish investor — but after years of steady growth and profitability, we made the deliberate decision to buy back 100% of our shares. After the buyout, we relocated our legal base to Spain to align more closely with our customers, while keeping our entire team intact. Not a single person left — because we don’t just build products, we build teams that last.
