Infosecurity Magazine Launches Information Security Hub on The Guardian website

Effective strategies to tackle information threats and attacks have never been more business critical and the Information Security Hub has been created to provide businesses with the intelligence they need to help secure their information and commercial operations.

The Infosecurity Hub will raise awareness, educate and provide accessible information on all aspects of Information Security to a mass audience through a combination of content, debate, research and educational offerings.

Editor and Associate publisher of Infosecurity Magazine, Eleanor Dallaway, believes through “combining Infosecurity Magazine’s industry accredited expertise and experience with The Guardian’s diverse audience, the Infosecurity Hub will offer unrivalled news, insight and education opportunities in the world of information security.”

Whilst, Matthew Race, Head of Commercial, Media & Technology, Guardian News & Media adds: “By combining Infosecurity Magazine's expertise in this field with The Guardian's respected journalism and huge audience of business leaders, we aim to raise awareness of information security as a key business risk”.

The Information Security Hub operates in association with FireEye, specialists in cyber security, who will bring their vast technical knowledge to a wider audience contributing specific and timely updates in a rapidly moving arena.

Information Security is no longer the preserve of IT departments and as the board level appetite for security knowledge increases the Information security Hub will provide access to the latest information, updates and news and bring together contacts, content and communities with the remit to secure businesses for the future.

The Hub is now live and can be viewed here:
