Issam Dalati received his Bachelor degree in Communication Engineering and Minor in Business from Carleton University in 2003. He received his Masters in Applied Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Ottawa in 2011. He has been working as an IT Consultant specialized in security, networking and web services in Ottawa for both private and government sectors.
