The discussion will examine what effective allyship looks like in practice and how leaders and colleagues can amplify underrepresented voices, challenge outdated norms and create environments where all talent can contribute at their fullest.

By joining this session, you will learn:

  • Why diversity directly improves operational outcomes in cybersecurity teams
  • How allyship accelerates inclusion and strengthens team culture
  • Practical actions leaders and colleagues can take to support underrepresented talent and improve retention

Panel Discussion: Redefining Success for Women in Cybersecurity

In an industry where talent shortages, rapid innovation and high pressure environments are the norm, Infosecurity Europe explores what success truly looks like for women in cybersecurity. As we celebrate the 10th edition of our Women in Cybersecurity event, this session reflects on how far the industry has come over the past decade and what still needs to change.

This panel brings together leading voices from across the cyber community to discuss how women are reshaping expectations, navigating barriers and defining achievement on their own terms, often within structures originally built around male career trajectories.

By joining our speakers, you will:

  • Learn how women in cyber are reshaping success around impact, growth and purpose rather than traditional career markers.
  • Gain practical strategies to speak up, claim your achievements and push past societal expectations that oftentimes discourage self promotion
  • Dive into what truly supports women in cyber, from inclusive culture and sponsorship to the structural fixes that actually improve retention
