Senior Information Security Analyst

• Support the delivery of a security strategy, governance framework and risk mitigation activity across the organisation and its subsidiary companies/business units - this will include our International business, ensuring its compliance with appropriate Global security standards / policies, and related regulation and Large Corporate customer requirements
• Liaise with the business to understand, challenge, support any new initiatives
• Support our Corporate Customers, with new business tenders and on-going security audits
• Be responsible for ensuring security reviews take place.

Your main accountabilities will include:

• Supporting the International business Division with provision of Security advice and guidance,
• Security reviews of the organisation andd subsidiary company third parties
• Third party & International project reviews and oversight from a security perspective
• Managing corporate client security questionnaire and tender responses
• IT Security advice and guidance to the wider business

Skills, knowledge and behaviour

• Familiar with international security standards such as ISO 27001
• Experience of measuring a company against ISO standards
• The ability to demonstrate continuous learning and familiarity with topical security themes, e.g. cloud computing, cyber security etc.
• CISSP Certification (or equivalent)
• Excellent Influencing, negotiating, communication skills (written, oral and presentational skills), and analytical skills - with the ability to understand complex issues, offering advice on solutions across diverse business areas
• Self driven, proactive and highly motivated
• Knowledge of UK Financial Services/Insurance industry
