On behalf of Refinitiv, James leads the global portfolio of digital identity and fraud solutions, including GIACT and the EPIC Platform in the US, and Qual-ID globally. In his role, James engages in strategic
conversations with financial institutions, regulators and industry partners worldwide as they battle to balance the question of “who’s there” with great customer experience. James also sits on the board of GDC (Global Data Consortium). James started his career in the UK and spent 16 years in Asia in senior leadership roles with American Express, PayPal and Thomson Reuters, living and working in Singapore, Thailand, India, Hong Kong and New York before relocating to Texas early in 2021.
