Thibault Williams is the founder of TMW Resilience, a consultancy focused on strengthening organizational resilience in the face of emerging risks, particularly across cybersecurity, AI assurance and information governance.

He brings to TMW extensive experience supporting public sector and critical service organizations to build, and maintain compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 42001, TISAX, NIS2, NIST RMF and other sector-specific standards.

Thibault adopts a pragmatic and collaborative approach to organizational resilience, tailoring his support to help clients confidently navigate the evolving landscape of regulation, technology and ethical responsibility.
