Is your IT security hardware up to high-speed networking?

10 February 2010

Infosecurity is hosting a 60-minute webinar at 3pm on Thursday, looking at the issues relating to secure high-speed networking and appliances.

Joining John Arnold of the Jericho Forum, whose day job is chief security architect with Capgemini UK, will be Joe Dan Barry, vice president of event sponsors Napatech.

John will be talking about how the changes in the way we all communicate are also changing the face of network security and, along the way, explaining how effective IT security can be created without a completely defined perimeter.

Dan Joe, meanwhile, will will be talking about some of the solutions that are available that allow IT managers to develop effective network security technology based on standard PC/servers, so cutting the overall cost of the network security appliance.

And, he says, anything that allow IT managers to cut their costs of security - without affecting the efficacy of the system - will be of interest to webinar attendees.
