Bridgen has spent almost three decades in various roles across Risk & Compliance. Having started as a practitioner in risk management, has spent the last 18 years in Risk & Compliance ‘vendorland’.
Bridgen joined OneTrust in 2019 and has built a highly successful multi-million-dollar GRC/IRM offering (including net new product) with significant Industry Analyst & Customer recognition. He has a particular passion regarding the anthropological impact across risk domains, risk quantification and how to culturally embed initiatives within the fabric an organisation.
